MYRIAD is a narrative web series set within a vast research facility hidden beneath an ordinary railway network. When an experiment designed to challenge our understanding of time goes catastrophically wrong, the boundaries between the present, the past, and something else entirely begin to break down. As the facility becomes increasingly impossible to understand, MYRIAD explores what happens when humanity pushes beyond the limits of what reality is supposed to allow.

THE LONG LIFE OF THE DOCTOR

The Long Life of the Doctor is a character study exploring the emotional weight of the Doctor’s immortality. Through moments from across Doctor Who, the video examines what it means to live for centuries while constantly watching the people around you grow old, change, and die. The edit focuses on the loneliness beneath the Doctor’s endless adventures, using music, pacing, and visual storytelling to explore the cost of a life that never seems to end.

CAELAN NICOL

I’ve wanted to work in film since I was in high school, and after graduating from film school, I came away with a much better understanding of how the industry works and where I wanted to take my skills. During that time, I realized that editing was the part of filmmaking I enjoyed most and, more importantly, something I was genuinely good at. I love taking footage and turning it into something that has its own rhythm, story and personality, whether that means building a scene from scratch or finding the right moments to make something work. I’m now focused on developing my experience as an editor, building my portfolio and working on projects that allow me to keep improving and finding my own style.
